CFO Readiness

Details are being worked out for our post-Covid learning opportunity.

We are preparing a CFO Readiness course for our Finance Leaders (Controllers). We are going to open this to our Aha members and our Recruiting candidates.

The course will be affordable and include leadership and soft skills needed as a Finance Leader. The courses that address showing up as an executive will be ~70% of the material included.

Tactical skills will be covered too. It will address Strategy and related learnings and case studies. It will consist of Financing training - raising money, working with lenders and business partners & transactions (M&A, etc.). We will address the growing demand for CFOs to become Chief Data Officers and understand data integration, data analytics and data reporting. We are quickly in charge of ALL #s not just the ones with a $ in front of them!

Other topics are being considered. We will be including a peer forum component with CFO facilitation as well. Training will include Amplify facilitators as well as paid external experts that are passionate about teaching.
